As a small lifting equipment, steel wire rope has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, small size, wide versatility and convenient operation. It can be installed on the I-beam alone or used with other lifting equipment. In the long-term use process, the wire rope will break, so what are the reasons for the break?
1. During the lifting operation with the
electric winch, the heavy objects can be hoisted obliquely;
2. Use the electric hoist to drag the heavy object along the ground or platform;
3. When the hook falls on the heavy object, when the heavy object falls on the ground or on the pallet, the operator is still operating the hook to descend. When the hook has fallen on the heavy object and stops, the wire rope is still over-released. It will be disengaged from the drum rope groove, and when the wire rope is lifted again, the phenomenon of rope disorder will occur;
4. When the wire rope has been messed up and the rope will fall and be damaged, it is necessary to notify the maintenance personnel to repair or replace the wire rope. If the wire rope continues to operate, the wire rope will be stuck, and the wire rope may be pulled off;
