Dispatch winch installation precautions

New purchase dispatch winches should be inspected and idling prior to installation. The winch should be air-tested before use. Before the test, first turn the winch plate to 2-3 turns, and then start the motor when there is no problem, so that the winch will rotate for 15 minutes. If the sound is not normal or the current is too large, stop the car to check and adjust it. Finally, check the places. Whether the bolts are tightened and then the winch load test.
Winch installation basic selection principle:
1. The installation location of the winch should be flat and the line of sight is wide, which is convenient for operation and observation.
2. The reel should be centered with the pulley or the mine car. The center line is intended to be perpendicular to the winch axis.
3. If the location of the winch is changed frequently, use the wooden board or channel steel as the chassis, fasten the winch, and then fix the chassis with the ground anchor. When permanently installed on the ground or downhole, the winch should be securely mounted on the foundation and the anchor bolts should be used to stabilize the winch. The winch installation must be stable and reliable. The base shall not have obvious vibration when the winch is in normal operation. The installation position should be such that the direction of the rope is perpendicular to the axis of the drum to facilitate the rope.
4. If the temporary winch is installed underground, it can be fixed on the sleepers, and then supported by four wooden piles. The upper ends of the two wooden piles must be inclined forward.
